| Welding: |
| 7075 is considered difficult to weld due to its high susceptibility to cracking, particularly in the heat-affected zone. Welding should be approached with care, and specialized techniques may be required. |
| Corrosion Resistance: |
| 7075 has good corrosion resistance, but it is not as corrosion-resistant as some other aluminum alloys. Its corrosion resistance can be further improved with protective coatings. |
